Xensei Internet Service Agreement	Xensei's Billing Terms are described in detail in this document. This document includes payment terms, account cancellation proceedures, etc.
Credit Card Authorization Form	Use this form if you would like to pay your Xensei invoice via credit card, or have your Xensei service fees automatically charged to a credit card each month.
E-Mail Invoicing Authorization Form	Use this form if you would like to have your monthly Xensei account statement (bill) sent to you via e-mail rather than postal mail.
