At your first meeting with a Hannon-Ryan agent you will be given the choice to have one of our agents work with you as a seller's agent or as a buyer's agent. No matter what capacity we with you as we have a moral & legal obligation to present all pertinent information on any given home you might be interested in.

• Seller Agency: Your Hannon-Ryan agent owes a fiduciary responsibility to the seller. We can work with you as the buyer in finding you a home and providing you all the necessary information about a home. We cannot help you negotiate the price or terms of an agreement. There is no cost to you to have a Hannon-Ryan agent act as your seller's broker.
• Buyer Agency: Your Hannon-Ryan agent works for you. We work on your behalf and can help recommend an offering price on a home and any other information that may help you achieve the lowest purchase price of a home. You may be charged a fee for this service.
• Dual Agency: Occasionally we may work in a dual agency capacity. This occurs when we represent both the buyer and the seller in the same transaction. We must have consent from both parties to act as a dual agent. Undisclosed dual agency is illegal.
